At MycoApe, we’re confident you’ll love our products — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products as health supplements, we do not accept returns on any items that have been opened, unsealed, or used.

If your product is unopened and in its original condition, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, in line with your statutory consumer rights.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. You are responsible for return shipping costs.


Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products not in their original packaging

  • Items returned after the 14-day window

  • Gift cards or promotional items


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Please include photos and a description. We’ll send a replacement or offer a refund as appropriate.
